Enrollment Procedure and Forms

Visiting the school during an Open House or arranging an individual tour is the first step in understanding what Willowglen School has to offer your child.
For students entering the CASA program, submit the application form, medical forms, a copy of your child's birth certificate, and the appropriate deposit.
For students entering at the elementary level (grade 1 and up) and those entering the CASA level from another school, submit the enrollment forms along with the appropriate deposit.  A confidential student evaluation from the previous school must be forwarded to Willowglen School before enrollment can be confirmed.
Upon enrollment, parents will be sent the Parent Handbook, Uniform Order Form and a School Year Calendar.
